how is everyone planing of mounting 2s lipos in? i have a small bit in back of my head worried about taking hard knock in the side and POOF. are softcells much smaller? would the fit within the width of the chasis.

Make up a battery box out of sturdy plywood, don't worry about the extra weight, you'll have loads of excess power to make up for it!

3s lipo

i ran a 2s hardcase 40c lipo with a standard G2 motor on the oval for a laff and it was err a handful lol Hopefully ill be about to watch you guys running them

if i am shall i bring a crate of spurs :mrgreen:

No Martin-definately not!!Phil has already stripped one in about 3 mins-that was 2S and can motor,now were allowed the diff,hopefully the spur gears on them are a bit more hardy,the 48DP option should also help(it looks like the Kimborough or RW ones in the pictures,but i havent seen one hands on)...............PS-what happens when your Foamtastic Fiasco hits you in the Goolie :?:
